Stephany Rodriguez offers spiritual healing, intuitive channeling, mediumship readings, and related services. These services are for spiritual and personal development purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

While Stephany Rodriguez is a registered nurse and FNP student, the spiritual healing and intuitive services offered are not to be considered medical advice or a replacement for professional healthcare. 4. Confidentiality

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All services must be paid for at the time of booking. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

6. Session Etiquette

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. If you are late, the session may need to be shortened to accommodate other appointments, and no partial refunds will be provided. Sessions may be conducted via phone, video call, or in person, as agreed upon during booking.

7. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to book a session or use the services provided by Stephany Rodriguez. By booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

8. Spiritual and Ethical Conduct

Stephany Rodriguez reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. If a session needs to be terminated due to such behavior, no refunds will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stephany Rodriguez and Intuitivesight will not be held responsible for any outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from the use of services, whether directly or indirectly. Services are provided on an "as is" basis with no express or implied warranties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is the client's responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
